The purpose of The Malone Institute is to support and conduct non-partisan research, education, and informational activities to bring integrity to government and to the sciences and medicine. The Malone Institute engages in other scientific and medical research to help people achieve not only a longer life, but a life of quality.
MEET THE TEAM
Dr. Robert W. Malone
FOUNDER and PRESIDENT
Dr. Robert Malone is an internationally recognized scientist, physician, author and political commentator. He is the original inventor of mRNA vaccination and DNA vaccination as technology platforms, and holds numerous fundamental domestic and foreign patents. He has about 1-- peer-reviewed publications and over 14,000 citations for his work. Dr. Malone has been a thought leader during the COVID era, including bringing attention to the faulty testing and the significant numbers of adverse events associated with the mRNA vaccines and regulatory capture by the FDA. He has testified against censorship, COVID mandates and for access to early treatment across the world. Dr. Malone is president of the Malone Institute, whose mission is to bring back integrity to government, the biological sciences and medicine. Dr. Malone's substack, "Who is Robert Malone" has 315,000 subscribers and he is featured on many TV broadcasts, podcasts and documentaries. His best selling book is called "Lies My Gov't Told Me: And the Better Future Coming".
Dr. Jill Glasspool Malone

Dr. Jill Glasspool Malone is a scientist, regulatory specialist and author. She has been a co-founder of a number of biotech companies, two of which have gone to IPO and has held positions in the biotechnology industry and academia. She has a strong publication record in gene therapy, immunology and public policy for infectious disease outbreaks. During the pandemic, she has been an early advocate for early treatment with repurposed drugs and has spoken out against mandates and about the safety issues the mRNA "vaccine". She serves as vice-president of the Malone Institute, whose mission is to bring back integrity to government, the biological sciences and medicine. Dr. Jill Malone regularly writes for Dr. Malone's substack, "Who is Robert Malone", which has 315,000 subscribers.
BOARD MEMBER
Mr. Edward Dowd
Edward Dowd is currently a Founding Partner of Phinance Technologies, a global macro alternative investment firm.
Edward has worked on Wall Street most of his career, spanning both credit markets and equity markets. Some of the firms he worked for include HSBC, Donaldson Lufkin & Jenrette and Independence Investments.
Most notably, he worked at Blackrock as a portfolio manager where he managed a $14 billion Growth equity portfolio for ten years. After BlackRock, he founded OceanSquare Asset Management with two former BlackRock colleagues.
He is also author of the new book, "Cause Unknown: The Epidemic of Sudden Deaths in 2021 & 2022." (Release Date: Dec 13, 2022, Skyhorse Publishing).
Mrs. Anita Hasbury-Snogles
ASSISTANT AND BOARD MEMBER
Anita Hasbury-Snogles works for the Drs. Malone as a general assistant helping with data gathering and website management.
She has a varied background which includes some years in the scientific field of Toxicolgy but more in IT Support and data management.
Anita lost her position at UVA in early February of 2022 when she chose not to submit to their generous offer of a Covid Vaccination. The Drs. Malone very kindly stepped in and offered her a part time position.
Anita has experience living in several different parts of the world during her lifetime.
The Malone Institute has historically been funded by small donors and the founders.
Our programs are expanding and they are run on volunteer help. So, we are looking for people who wish to join our small community!
We are seeking help in the following areas:

Reference librarian (must both have endnote or a compatible program and be able to use it).
Writers for the blog (crossposted to the Dr. Malone’s Substack, on occasion)
